I had the day off today, so I decided to play around and photographed myself with the camera on my Mac computer.  Gotta love that photobooth!  And then the real fun began.....  :)

I was just goofing around one night and came up with this.

After I did this one of my class mates said I copied the idea and brought in a page from a magazine he found of self portrait of Richard Avedon that was very similar.

I said no, I was just messing around with my lights took this one that I liked.

I guess great minds think alike!

People are split on this one they love it or they hate it.

Since the Phase 1 review went by fast, and not a lot of self portraits got the attention they deserve, why not post them here? I think everyone should post theirs here. I am really intrested to see what others did. Also If you are not a current class, submit an old Self Portrait or new. Why not? I think it would be a great way for everyone to see in detail what you've created. I hope to see them up here. Here is mine:
