A Day in The Life of Fiona - Moving Pictures
Wednesday, March 5, 2008
Hi All,
Here's my latest blog post on my blog that I thought I would share with you. You've seen my site for headshot marketing at http://www.aceheadshots.com, which is completely unique and different from anything else in the market place -- and it works!
Now I'm bringing the same marketing techniques to portrait photography with a few more twists to be sure it's a totally unique product offering that can't be compared like a commodity.
If you're ready to totally change your viewpoint on photography marketing be sure to visit http://www.photographymarketingsecrets.com and sign up for my newsletter or more if you want to jump on the fast track.

Wayne Wallace Photography is always striving to create innovative and unique product offerings to stand out in this field of commodity and commonality.
A lot of photographers just take pictures and sell paper -- Not Wayne Wallace Photography!
Wayne Wallace Photography is rolling out a new series of product offerings under the branding of "Your Life Captured" -- new website to follow soon!
The first in the series of new product offerings is the Moving Pictures Session.
This is a totally cutting edge field of photography which a lot of photographers won't even attempt -- That means I want to do it!
Click on the image below to see a sample movie or click here.

Basically, what happens is I capture your life or a small part of it anyway with many still images captured in rapid fire sequence and then I use special software to animate them, add your favorite music, and special effects just like in the movies.
You can then play this movie on your TV, Computer, or even load it up on MySpace Videos or YouTube if you want.
To find out more about our new line of products visit http://www.YourLifeCaptured.com or call the studio today at (702) 734-6161.

Need some advice
Monday, November 19, 2007
I have just started my business this past summer. I had 5 weddings which I was happy with but obviously I want more next summer. I've been trying to figure out a smart way to use my very limited funds to market myself without making costly mistakes. I know that I have to be in the phone book and have been thinking about getting a small ad with a picture. The thing is that it costs $900 to do this. That is with the discount of paying in full up front and another discount for getting it in early. I just don't think I can swing this. I am going to do a wedding show in January and want to get some sample albums and samples of other products I offer but if I get the ad I won't have enough money to do this. So I guess the question is....Where do you think my money is better spent? Which one would you think I'd get more bookings or inquiries from? If I don't get the ad, I do plan on getting just my name, phone and website in there which is much more affordable. Please help me!! I need feedback!

The All New LasVegasHeadshotPhotographer.com!
Monday, March 19, 2007
Tonight I released my new website to the world.
I've actually got many domains pointing to the same html code, but
http://www.lasvegasheadshotphotographer.com
Is the new branding as I'm going after local vegas business mostly and most of my customers that I've queried over the past year have typed this phrase into Google so I got the domain and lot's of keywords embeded into the website.
I already dominate the web in Vegas for many keywords and searches in google but this website is the culmination of much learning about the business of marketing on the web.
If you think your learning stops when you leave Hallmark you're all wrong. I've been educating myself like crazy with various marketing methods and have much to share. If you've got a question just shoot it my way.
Every aspect of this website has a purpose and it's designed as a pure sales tool. If you saw my last headshot website it was primitive in comparison to this one but it worked very well. This new one will do much better I'm sure and will grow to be more over time.
I've got a little more tweaking to do to it but for the most part it's ready to be used by potential clients.
Happy Shooting!
